Gilbarco Restoration 1

I found a few petrol pumps at Davy's Garage in Carlow. They were VW dealer in the 1950s. The one in the middle is a model 296 Gilbarco which I will restore.

NOS 1958 VW Transporter "Samba"

Bought a CKD 1958 VW Transporter "Samba". Well not the real thing but a genuine 1950s Revell kit.

BERU & BOSCH

These 2 signs arrived today from Germany after a long wait. The BERU one is early '60s I think and the BOSCH is definitely a '50s sign as it has the scripted BOSCH logo on the lenses.

2 Old Irish Rally Pictures

Spotted these 2 pictures on the website of the Kilkenny Motor Club. Both cars seem to be late 1950s models. Some driving skills there!

1960s VW Dealer Lightup Sign

Got this one in a few weeks back. It's a late 1960s VW lightup sign from the UK. Was exported to the US by a collector and now back in Europe and in my collection. Just means I have to get the electrics back to 230 Volt.

Coca Cola - Drive Refreshed

Saw this lovely painted Coca Cola billboard on my last roadtrip. Painted on wood and faded away. So cool!

1953 Zwitter Carrera Panamericana

Found these pictures on the internet and love this car. Early 1953 "zwitter" model used to recreate a Carrera Panamericana rally car. Very rare Pepco supercharger, Porsche 356 brakes and wheels on this car. Beautiful decals complete the look.
